This policy explains what information MovablePay collects through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

MovablePay is the customer-facing brand of Movable Payment Solutions Inc. In this policy, “MovablePay,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Movable Payment Solutions Inc. This policy applies to movablepay.com and the consultation-request and scheduling features available through it.

2. Information We Collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name, business name, work email address, and callback number.
  • An optional business website.
  • Your selected consultation focus, sales channel, approximate monthly sales range, and optional description of your primary concern.
  • Your selected appointment time, consent choice, and booking reference.
  • Limited first-party usage information, such as the page viewed, primary call-to-action selected, booking stage reached, service focus, referring site or page, campaign tags, and a random session identifier.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and security logs.

Do not submit payment card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, account credentials, or processing statements through the consultation form.

3. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the site to:

  • Respond to your request and prepare for your selected consultation.
  • Schedule, confirm, manage, and follow up on appointments.
  • Understand which services may be relevant to your business.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Comply with applicable law and protect our rights, users, and services.

4. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors that support website hosting, data storage, scheduling, email, calendar, security, and related business operations may process information for us under appropriate restrictions.
  • Requested services. If you ask us to pursue a payment, funding, or other third-party solution, we may share information with the relevant provider after explaining the next step and obtaining any authorization required for the application or referral.
  • Legal and safety needs. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not currently use information submitted through the consultation form for cross-context behavioral advertising or disclose it to data brokers. If a requested third-party opportunity requires additional disclosure, we will explain the next step before submitting your information.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

To understand whether our pages lead to consultation requests, the site uses first-party session storage for a random identifier and limited referral or campaign information. The identifier lasts for the current browser session. We do not include names, contact details, form responses, financial details, or other consultation-form contents in these analytics events.

MovablePay does not currently add advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising trackers. Our first-party analytics do not record events when the browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track preference. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the site. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, appeal a denied request, or opt out of certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children’s Privacy

This business website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the consultation form.
